Cancellation Policy
By booking an appointment online, in person, or via phone you are agreeing to the Beauty x Briellen Cancellation Policy as follows:
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, Beauty x Briellen requires at least a 48-hour notice to avoid a cancellation fee. Cancellations made with less than a 48-hour notice will incur a 50% fee of your service cost, as same day cancellations will incur a 100% service fee. No-call/no-show appointments will incur a fee of 100% of your service cost. We understand things happen, and can be out of your control so please do your best to let us know in a timely manner as we value our time and hope to accommodate all of our clients fairly and efficiently.
