Cancellation Policy
By booking an appointment online, in person, or by phone, you agree to all Beauty x Briellen policies.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, a minimum of 48 hours notice is required to avoid a cancellation fee.
• Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice will incur a 50% fee of the scheduled service.
• Same-day cancellations will incur a 100% service fee.
• No-call/no-show appointments will be charged 100% of the service cost.
While we understand that emergencies and illness can occur, there are no exceptions to the cancellation policy. This policy allows us to respect our time and operate fairly and efficiently for all clients.
To ensure your appointment runs smoothly, please verify that your services are booked correctly. Incorrect bookings will be charged for the services selected.
